General
Body Swing Solution Ltd, 15 London Road, Shenley, WD7 9EW bears responsibility for the following unless stated otherwise within these terms, descriptions for some phrases have been listed below;
Client/User – General public user who can enter the property for use of the facilities when authorised.
Pre-Paid User – A user who has paid a fee and signed up to a package for a specified duration or credit amount.
Simulator Bay – Two golf simulator bays located within the studio, for use up to 4 persons at any time.
Trackman – Radar technology controlled in both simulator bays which is used to measure golf ball flight and tracking.
Coaching – Tuition provided in the Body Swing Solution Studio by a specified coach, either under the Body Swing Solution brand or independently.
The Studio
The main studio consists of a gym space and 2 golf bays which is available to all clients/users from the general public.
A no running policy is in place throughout the venue and should be always adhered to.

Each simulator bay has a clear area laid out with AstroTurf and during operation only one player is permitted to stand within this area and others are asked to be seated or stand in the safe areas. These areas will be clearly shown to the Client/User on arrival to keep all users free from hazard. Clients are made aware that on occasion, balls and tees can rebound off surfaces. Body Swing Solution Ltd cannot be held responsible for injuries where these instructions have not been followed.
Toilets are located through the changing room area. This area is checked and maintained as per the checklist within the toilet areas, all blockages or breakages to be reported to a member of staff if not noted already. Wet Floor signs will be placed in the correct areas along with signs stating if an area of the toilets are out of use.
All damages and spillages must be reported to a member of staff immediately, failure to do so and resulting injury cannot hold Body Swing Solution liable for the aforementioned.
Your safety and wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. In the interests of everyone’s enjoyment and safety, all members of your party are expected to behave responsibly throughout the duration of their visit to the venue.
Body Swing Solution’s management reserves the right to decline to honour a booking and/or eject from the premises any attendee who is seen to be drunk or under the influence of drugs; behaving in a violent, disruptive or irresponsible manner; causing a nuisance to others; or responsible for the commissioning of a criminal or civil offence.
All users must take responsibility for the placement and safekeeping of their personal belongings while present at the venue. Body Swing Solution cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to an individual’s possessions or personal belongings during their visit to the studio.
Bookings
Bookings can be made for use of the studio, golf coaching or personal training through two different methods; Phone and Online Booking.
In both cases, bookings are non-refundable unless suitable reasoning is deemed satisfactory by the management. Where an error has been made, clients are able to contact the studio immediately and have these rectified for no additional charge.
All bookings will need to be paid in advance either by a pre-pay link or via our online booking system.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled bookings are subject to a cancellation fee of the full price of the booking or loss of that booking from your package.
Pricing and Payment
Body Swing Solution Ltd operates a single pricing structure for its simulator bays. There are no peak or off-peak times. Promotional pricing will be for a limited time and can be withdrawn at any time.
Simulator bays are priced by the hour and are suitable for up to 4 guests per bay.
Coaching and Personal Training is also priced by the hour and is for the Client/User as defined in the booking.
Pre-Paid credit is subject to a one year validity period, and credit may be used against personal bookings as well as adding additional players. Pre-paid credit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another user.
Payments are taken via Card (Contactless payment/Chip and Pin from all major cards accepted including American Express), Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Vouchers are subject to a 1 year expiry from date of issue.
GDPR
Body Swing Solution Ltd believes in security and protection for all of our clients and will never hold any user confidential data without consent. We will NEVER pass on or sell any information to 3rd party companies at ANY time.
Card details are disposed of securely and are never kept on computer databases or on site at any given time.
Body Swing Solution Ltd reserves the right to alter or change these Terms & Conditions at any given time and the above does not affect your statutory rights.
