These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of Body Swing Solution Ltd facilities and services.

1. Definitions

​

User/Client – Any person using the facilities or services.
Pre-Paid User – A user who has purchased credit or a package.
Simulator Bay – Golf simulator areas within the studio for up to four users.
TrackMan – Radar technology used to measure golf ball flight and performance data.
Coaching – Golf tuition provided by a qualified coach within the studio.

2. Studio Use & Safety

​

Users must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

Only one player may stand within the designated hitting area at any time. Other users must remain outside the hitting zone.

Running is not permitted within the studio.

Users acknowledge that golf balls or tees may occasionally rebound from surfaces.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in termination of the booking and removal from the premises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

3. Conduct

​

All visitors must behave responsibly while using the facilities.

Body Swing Solution Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:

• Is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol

• Behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or abusive manner

• Causes damage to property

• Commits a criminal or civil offence​

4. Personal Belongings

Users are responsible for their personal belongings.

Body Swing Solution Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.

 

5. Bookings

​

Bookings can be made online for simulator use, coaching or personal training.

All bookings must be paid in advance.

Bookings are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If an error occurs during booking, clients should contact the studio as soon as possible.

6. Cancellations

​

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged the full booking fee or deducted from a user’s package or credit balance.

​

7. Pricing & Payment

​

Simulator bays are priced per 30 minutes and allow up to four users per bay.

Coaching and personal training sessions are priced per hour.

Payments may be made via:

• Debit or credit card

• Contactless payment

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Promotional pricing may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Pre-Paid Credit

​

Pre-paid credit:

• Is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

• Is non-refundable

• May be transferred to another user

​

9. Vouchers & Guest Passes

​

Gift vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Guest passes are valid for one guest per hour booked.

​

10. Subscription Packages

​

Golf packages require a minimum 3-month term.

Golf and coaching/PT packages require a minimum 6-month term.

Packages are for the account holder only and are not transferable.

Unlimited packages are subject to a fair use policy of up to 2 hours per day.

Unused sessions cannot be carried forward.

11. Equipment Damage

​

Users must take reasonable care when using all equipment and facilities.

Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or reckless behaviour may result in the user being charged for repair or replacement costs.

 

12. Children

​

Users under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or over at all times.

The supervising adult is responsible for the behaviour and safety of the minor.

13. Changes to Terms

​

Body Swing Solution Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

 

Liability Waiver

 

Golf Simulator Participation Waiver

By using the facilities at Body Swing Solution Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Golf activities, including simulator use, involve inherent risks including injury from golf clubs, golf balls, equipment, or other participants.

 

You agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided

• Use equipment responsibly

• Ensure adequate space and awareness before swinging a golf club

 

You confirm that:

• You are physically capable of participating in golf activities

• You will not participate while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol

• You will supervise any minors accompanying you

You understand that Body Swing Solution Ltd will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment but participation is at your own risk.

Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
