In GROUPS of up to 4, in our AIR-CONDITIONED studio, learn how to get STRONGER regardless of your current HEALTH and FITNESS LEVEL.

Pay as you go - £17 per session
Monthly Subscription for 1 class per week - £53 (£13.25 a class)
Monthly Subscription for 2 classes a week - £76 (£9.50 a class)
