The steps...

1. Assess

​On submission of your PARQ form, we’ll contact you to book in your FREE body screen by way of video call or In person. 

​

2. Plan 

​

Before booking your swing screen we’ll discuss your body screen results and plan the length of and details of your programme.
​
3. Prescribe

 With the swing and body screen results, we'll then prescribe corrective exercises and swing drills to create your personal body swing solution.
​  
4. Train

​You then perform the programme at home, in your gym and on the range.
 
5. Support  

​

We monitor your progress through video call or exchange. This is crucial as the key to your progression is consistent and accurate execution of your specific golf swing drills and corrective exercises. When left to our own devices, we tend to morph exercises and drills into versions that we are comfortable with, rather than those that will actually work.
